AccompanistAccompanist, Carolyn Dicks, attended a one-room country school and graduated from Clinton high school. She spent summers at the National Music Camp at Interlochen and earned Bachelor's and Master's degrees in music from University of Michigan. She is a self-taught pianist who has accompanied ensembles from all over the United States and Europe. Carolyn is Staff Accompanist at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp. She has been an organist in the church choir for 55 years and is also associate director of the Ann Arbor Grail Singers. She accompanies the choirs at Clinton and Saline Schools plus, the Ann Arbor Suzuki Institute. Carolyn enjoys playing a Civil War instrument in the Dodworth Saxhorn Band. Additionally, she cares for many animals and raises thoroughbred horses on her 122 acre farm.
