Music Director/Orchestra Conductor

​​Music director and orchestra conductor, Joe McInchak, is in his 22nd year of teaching music, with the last 17 years at Tecumseh Public Schools.  He teaches the THS Symphony Band and Jazz Band, and team-teaches 5th & 6th Grade Bands with his wife, Kellie.  He earned a Bachelor of Music Degree from the University of Michigan, and a Master of Music Degree from the American Band College of Southern Oregon University.  In addition to being an adjudicator for the Michigan School Band & Orchestra Association, he currently serves as President for MSBOA district 8, and is a recent inductee into the American School Band Directors Association. ​
